      Ans: Delphi was famous for its prediction of the future which has accuracy.

(d) What is Galway fair?

      Ans: The Galway fair is the fair held in Galway where animals can be sold or purchased. Bartley wanted to go to the fair for selling two horses.

(e) What did the chorus say at the end of the play ‘King Oedipus"?

      Ans: At the end of the play 'King Oedipus' the chorus said, “Oedipus, greatest of men, has fallen and so all life is miserable and only death can bring peace”.

(f) What according to Raina, is ‘higher love’?

      Ans: Higher love is a romantic conception of love as being union of two souls. Raina thinks that higher love imbibes the lovers to be faithful to each other permanently where absence of distance is meaningless.
